Your Dual Citizenship
Service information · version 15 October 2026
Service terms and cancellation
Effective for new orders from the date this version is published. Your Dual Citizenship is a trading name of YOUR DUAL CITIZENSHIP LIMITED, company number 16415018, registered in England and Wales. Registered office and correspondence address: Flat 8 Stardaise, 10 Windsor Road, Poole, England, BH14 8SE. Contact: yourdualcitizenship@gmail.com.
What you are buying
£59 for one adult and one agreed Irish ancestry line: a personalised research report in PDF, a document checklist, practical next steps and a separate Beyond Ancestry guide. The company has stated it is not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged. Government fees, certificates, translations, applications and legal representation are not included. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, processing speed or a passport.
We rely on the information you supply and identify important gaps. An assessment may find a potential route, insufficient evidence, no qualifying route within the agreed scope or a need for specialist advice. We do not claim to inspect original records unless expressly agreed and recorded in your report. Authorities determine applications and document acceptance.
Delivery and support
Your report is due within 3 working days of the agreed start of work and receipt of sufficient information. Working days exclude weekends and England and Wales bank holidays. We will contact you promptly if clarification is needed and confirm the revised due date. One clarification email question about the report is included if sent within 14 calendar days of delivery; we aim to answer within 2 working days. A different country, new family line or application representation is outside this scope.
Cancellation
You can cancel within 14 days of the order contract being made by emailing us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your name and order reference if available. You do not have to use a particular form. For this pilot, we offer a full refund for cancellation before report delivery, even if research has begun.
Choose whether we start during the cancellation period or wait until it ends. For an early start we require your express request and acknowledgement that the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right ends when the service is fully performed. PDF delivery alone does not end that right while an included support obligation remains outstanding. If you choose to wait, work begins after the cancellation period and once sufficient information is available.
After delivery, cancellation rights depend on whether the cancellation period remains open and whether the service has been fully performed with the required request and acknowledgement. We will not impose a cancellation charge for work done in this pilot during a valid statutory cancellation period. Nothing in these terms limits your rights if the service is faulty, misdescribed, late or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Applicable refunds will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving a valid cancellation request, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
You may use this cancellation message: “I cancel my YDC assessment ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my order reference is [reference], and my contact email is [email].” Send it to yourdualcitizenship@gmail.com or the correspondence address above.
Corrections and complaints
If facts are wrong or the report does not match the agreed service, email us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate correction or remedy. If we discover that the agreed assessment is outside our service scope, we will offer a full refund. We do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. English and Welsh law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings where applicable consumer law permits.
Privacy notice
YOUR DUAL CITIZENSHIP LIMITED is responsible for the personal information used to handle enquiries, orders and reports. Contact us at yourdualcitizenship@gmail.com or the registered office stated above.
Information and purposes
We collect your name, delivery email, approximate birth details, nationality and residence, the relevant family connection, a description of available records, and order/payment references. We use these to check service scope, prepare and deliver your report, answer questions and handle cancellations or complaints. We use contract necessity for your order details, legitimate interests for proportionate enquiry handling and relevant family information, and legal obligations for required business and accounting records. We assess those interests against the rights of the people concerned. Please supply only information relevant to the assessment and do not include identity scans, passport numbers, DNA results, religious or ethnic details in the form.
Providers
We use Tally for forms, Stripe for payments, Hostinger for website hosting and Google Gmail for customer correspondence. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements. Stripe handles card details; we do not receive your full card number. Reports and correspondence are handled by the people delivering the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing. We do not submit your family information to generative AI services as part of this pilot.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we rely on applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We restrict access to service information and keep records of when material is due for deletion.
Retention
Unsuccessful scope enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 30 days. Family research, form answers and report files are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the included follow-up period ends, unless an active complaint, dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Necessary accounting and payment records are retained for the applicable statutory period; family research is not retained simply because a payment record must be kept. Provider backups may expire on a different schedule. Contact us for the schedule applicable to your case.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion and may have rights to restriction, objection and portability depending on the processing. We do not make automated citizenship or legal eligibility decisions; a form branch only checks the scope of this pilot. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Please contact us first if you would like us to resolve a concern.
Website cookies
This pilot does not require advertising tracking. Any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must remain off unless you consent through an appropriate control. Essential hosting, security and form/payment functionality may use technical storage needed to provide the service. We will update this notice if the actual processing changes.
